I have transferred to a new bank account - how can I update my details so that the funds come from my new bank account?

Adding / changing a bank account is not yet possible on the app. 


On web

You can action this within your online account by visiting the Account details page and changing or removing bank from there.

Other methods

Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will send you a paper form to be completed and sent back to us. We will then update your Stewardship DAF Account accordingly. 

Additionally, you can contact your bank and have them move over your existing Direct Debit to the new account and we will be notified of this change. Please be advised that any changes made to updating bank details can take up to 10 working days to be processed. Please consider this when making changes around the time your existing giving is due to go out.
