A Stewardship Partner Account for Churches and Charities gives you everything you need to view your account activity clearly, understand giving behaviour, reconcile your accounts efficiently and steward your organisation’s finances with excellence.
As you use your account you will be able to track payments in with confidence, obtain information about givers and gather up-to-date financial reports that can be easily downloaded for use outside your account.
Once you've signed in, explore the different features in your account via the menu and the Overview screen. We recommend getting started with these three sections:
- ‘Activity’ shows you financial information and reports for your account
- ‘Supporters’ enables you to develop an understanding of your supporters
- ‘Fundraising’ helps you keep track of any donation and fundraising pages associated with your account.
1. Activity
In the Activity section you can view and download different types of reporting, accessible via tabs shown from left to right:
- Payments
- Gifts in
- Supporter Activity
- Transactions
Transactions
Use this tab to view gifts by transaction type and date range. The filters conveniently allow selection by type of gift and relevant dates and once selected, a list of transactions can be downloaded ready for use.
This function helpfully provides a comprehensive report showing all payments within a selected timeframe, which may be useful when preparing quarterly reports or if you need to access information on gifts made within a specific time period.
Supporter Activity
Select this tab to view recent gift changes. The downward arrow provides extra information on changes made.
Payments
You will receive an email notification when we make a payment to your bank account, and this tab will enable you to view details of these payments for a particular ‘Project’ or for ‘General Funds’.
Payment reports can be downloaded into a spreadsheet to help you reconcile your accounts.
Gifts In
Access an easy-to-understand bar graph which illustrates a breakdown of monthly gifts received.
Why not use this graph when you're preparing a finance update or at your AGM? Just take a screengrab for an instant visual breakdown of gifts received.
2. Supporters
Go to the ‘Supporters’ section from your account menu to gain an overall picture of gifts, regular supporters and one-off supporters, which can be filtered by projects.
You can quickly access givers’ contact information (if the giver hasn’t elected to be anonymous), which is handy when sharing updates with givers or when you want to send a Thank You!
Noticed something different in your account?
We've recently improved your activity reports and these changes have been reflected in this article. If you want to find out more about this update, visit our Help & Support article.
3. Fundraising
As mentioned at the top of this article, the ‘Fundraising’ section found in your account menu helps you to keep track of any donation and fundraising pages associated with your account.
New user roles available
Added 9 December 2025:
There are now brand new user roles available in your partner account to help you build your support team. You can assign multiple new or existing users to these roles:
- Supporter Care - users assigned this role can communicate with supporters and see their financial information but cannot see general financial information in the account.
- Content - these users can edit your profile's content but cannot see any financial or supporter information
- Admin - Admin users have full privileges in the account.
For more information on the permissions of these roles, see our Help & Support article.
