Withdrawing Funds From Your Individual Recipient Account

If you have a Stewardship Individual Recipient Account, did you know you can withdraw funds at any time?

If you have received an invitation email to update your account it only takes a few moments to do so. It’s so much clearer and easier to use. You can see your support-raising target and your ministry expenses, so you know how much close relatives can give. You can also change the week you receive your scheduled payments from Stewardship.

Did you know that you can withdraw funds from your account at any time? So if, for example, you have received an unexpected one-off gift into your Stewardship account and you would like to receive those funds before your next scheduled payment, you can trigger your available balance to be sent to your bank account without having to wait! Please note - you can only withdraw your total available balance, rather than part of it, and funds will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 working days.

To withdraw funds in our Individual new-look account click ‘Trigger payment now’ which you’ll find under your balance on your home screen. If you are still using the Classic account you can click ‘withdraw funds’ in the silver toolbar.
