Over the next year, we will be adding a number of exciting new updates and features to our service.

Latest Payroll Bureau updates

1. Updates to employee payslips

We will be updating the way that employees access and manage their payslips as we migrate new and existing clients over to a new portal; myepaywindow. The new mobile-optimised system will offer:

  • Notifications to the employee when their payslip becomes available.
  • Secure access to pay details, historical payslips and other personal information without the need to revert to the employer.
  • Access to print payslips, P45s and P60s whenever needed.

Cost: Free of charge. All new and existing accounts will be updated to the new system during the next 12-18 months.

2. Updates to the employer portal

We will also be offering a new portal system for employers as we transition to myepaywindow. The system will offer:

  • Ability to review and receive reports as soon as the payroll has been processed.
  • Employers can send payroll instructions via myepaywindow.
  • Automatically notify individual employees by email when payslips, communications and documentation are available.
  • Reduce dependency on employers as employees can access information themselves whenever they choose and self-manage forgotten log in details.

Cost: Free of charge. All new and existing accounts will be updated to the new system during the next 12-18 months.

3. Pensions re-enrolment

As an employer you must carry out your re-enrolment duties every three years. Once you reach the three year anniversary of your staging date you will need to:

  • Re-access your workforce,
  • Re-enrol anyone who may have opted out; and
  • Complete a re-declaration of compliance with The Pension Regulator within five months.

Cost: We will automatically carry out the assessment for you as part of our payroll service. Completing the re-declaration of compliance with The Pension Regulator is available for a one-off fee of £50.

4. Pensions automatic upload

Every employer in the UK must offer their employees a workplace pension scheme. Depending on your chosen pension provider, Stewardship may be able to take on the process of getting you registered. For those that already use certain recognised auto-enrolment pension schemes, we now have the facility to offer a monthly service to upload monthly contribution details and confirm your payment directly.

Cost: £100 one-off set up fee to register your pension scheme. Our optional additional monthly service is available for £36 per annum.
