“When an organisation has effective personal support coaching in place their staff are much more successful in building and maintaining their support teams”, says Myles Wilson. And he should know, having worked with a wide range of mission agencies and Christian organisations over three decades and seen the difference effective one-to-one coaching can make.
So when Myles suggested that Stewardship partner with him to offer a 2-day workshop designed to equip those with a role in coaching colleagues in this critical area of ministry, it was an easy decision to make. After all, ‘strengthening Christian causes’ is part of Stewardship’s mission.
The workshop, on 6 and 7 March 2019, will be very practical in nature and include plenty of time for one-to-one practice and discussion, hence the reason for spreading it across two days to allow time to hone the skills being learnt and for real understanding to develop.
In order to keep costs to a minimum, this is a non-residential workshop, with each day running from 10am – 5pm at Stewardship’s offices in central London. To ensure the effectiveness of the training, places will be limited and there will be strict criteria applicable to delegates. To find out more or book a place visit Eventbrite.
If you have questions about the training and would prefer to speak to someone about it first, then contact Fiona at [email protected] or telephone 0208 502 8585.
