Thank you for posting this Alexandra. I volunteer at a Refugee drop-in in Bristol. We would like to send a team of experienced people to help in Calais. Please can you put me in touch with an organisation on the ground. Thanks.

Are there any particular charities or local churches coordinating aid for the refugees at Calais? I have thought about delivering a vanload of stuff, bur feel there must be a more efficient way to help eg by acting as a collection point where I live and then delivering to a central point in Calais - there doesn't seem to be much in the way of coordination.
