Accounts Examination Fees

What do we do with your fees?

Just like the churches and charities we support, Stewardship is a not-for-profit too.

So when the administrative costs of services are covered, any surplus is reinvested into supporting charitable activities such as training, events and resources.

Fees

  • Fees based on income size and complexity of accounts
  • Fees quoted upfront (not open-ended)

If you have any questions, please contact the team.

We usually quote a fixed fee for the service we provide based on our costs and the time we anticipate your accounts to take. Because we don’t charge an open-ended, by-the-hour rate, you have certainty of what the cost will be. If you are interested in our services, please complete an enquiry form which is designed to give us a bit more of an idea about your charity and processes. You can access this from the ‘get a quote’ below. Once we have received this, we can then discuss in more detail the service we may be able to offer, and the costs involved.

Our first priority is to strengthen the church, however we do need to cover our costs overall in order to be able to continue supporting the wider church. While we take great care to quote a fair fee, if significant unexpected issues arise during the examination which are not our fault, we may need to ask for a contribution towards these additional costs. We will always discuss any issues with you in good time.
