Ritz holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School.
He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife, four children, and a very energetic Jack Russell terrier. Ritz supports the local church in community projects within the UK and abroad and, more broadly, supports charities helping alleviate the suffering caused by global conflict or natural disasters.
