Nathan is Director of Business Development and Borrower Experience at Charity Bank, leading the national lending team and overseeing balance sheet growth, diversification and journey transformation. He plays a key role shaping the banks values-based lending proposition, leading innovations that expand access to finance and property-based solutions for charities, social housing providers and impact-led enterprises across the UK.
Previously, Nathan held leadership roles in Real Estate, Charities & Education and Distribution Strategy at Lloyds Banking Group. He is passionate about using finance for social good and contributes strategic insight drawn from his career in both commercial and values-based banking.
Nathan joined Stewardship’s Board in 2021, bringing commercial banking leadership experience to support our financial strategy, lending growth, and risk management serving on our Finance & Investment Committee and Lending Committee.
Nathan is married to Sarah and has two children who all play an active role in church life. They live in South London where they can be found dabbling in their allotment at weekends (with mixed success)!
