In his role as trustee, Nathan helps to develop and manage Stewardship's financial strategy, balance sheet and risk management. He plays an advisory role supporting the sustainable growth of the loan book.
For the past 16 years, Nathan has worked as a commercial banking practitioner across a broad range of sectors, segments and markets including trading, real estate, education, NFP and government. Between 2018 and 2020, Nathan was appointed Area Director, Real Estate at Lloyds Banking Group where he led a team supporting the property development and investment sector.
Nathan currently works in a strategy role, focusing on the multi-channel distribution of commercial bank products and services.
His experience of lending to churches and charities for property acquisition and development, enables him to support Stewardship's lending strategy and risk management. Also having transformation and multi-channel strategy experience, offers a unique insight across other parts of Stewardship's operating model and strategy.
Nathan is married to Sarah and has two children. They live in South London where they can be found dabbling in their allotment at weekends (with mixed success)!
