Lucianna joined the Philanthropy Services team in 2025, having previously worked in the financial sector. She lives in Kent, with her husband Will and their three children. As a family they love being involved with their local church and Lucianna and Will serve together in leading the youth group for older teenagers.
Lucianna is also a trustee of their church. The causes closest to their hearts include local church, children’s work and the education and training of gospel workers for the mission field
