Louise is a Customer Services Team leader driven by a desire to help serve, whether it be our customers or staff. She thrives making sure everyone receives exceptional support in resolving queries and being a source of encouragement for team members.
Previously, she worked for over a decade as UK Customer Success Manager within the Events Industry. She provided support, guidance and solutions for both event organisers and event goers regarding products and services ultimately ensuring users had great times at these events.
Louise loves brunching, socialising and exploring London’s hospitality scene, curating lists for all the places she visits – recommendations and referrals are always appreciated. As an avid second-hand fashionista, she enjoys scouring the racks of charity shops for fun. As an active member of her Churches, she serves as a Connect Group Leader and as a Youth Leader, deeply desiring that people grow in knowledge of the word and faith. She enthusiastically takes part in street evangelism and longs for people to come to Christ.
Louise is passionate about supporting the persecuted Church through resourcing, prayer, financial support, raising awareness and supporting legal advocacy. She also supports evangelical outreaches and the equipping of leaders, with a desire to see worldwide freedom to worship Jesus Christ.
