Ilona recently joined the People, Culture and Place Team as a Relationship Officer to support and encourage wellbeing within the organisation as we transition into a new era of hybrid working. She has previously worked in a variety of secular roles, including sales, which has significantly improved her ability to communicate and build relationships with everyone.
Ilona has been actively involved in her church, undertaking multiple projects with the goal of developing and restoring all types of people to be the individuals God created them to be – full of peace, joy, and love.
She completed a masters degree in Music, Mind and Brain, where she enthusiastically learned how the brain works and the therapeutic potentials of music. She also loves to sing and regularly participates and leads her church in worship.
Ilona is passionate about organisations that provide resources and services for those suffering domestic abuse and people who struggle with mental health issues. Further afield, she supports charities that provide medical aid for low-income countries.
