Felicity is Stewardship’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for operational excellence, service delivery and organisational effectiveness across the charity. She previously served as CFOO from January 2024 to May 2026, before the role was divided and Art Russell appointed as CFO. Felicity joined Stewardship in July 2021 as Senior Finance Business Partner.
Felicity trained as a chartered accountant in South Africa and has spent most of her career in the UK, primarily at Barclays Bank. Her background spans finance, strategy, product and project leadership, equipping her with broad organisational insight and a strong ability to lead across complex operational and strategic priorities.
She lives in Surrey with her husband, two sons and their labrador. She attends Dundonald Church in Raynes Park and is passionate about the role of the local church in strengthening communities and helping more people come to know Jesus. She also cares deeply about supporting children living in poverty and about living responsibly in ways that help protect the environment.
