As a founder, director, and shareholder in a company spanning Africa, Australia, and the UK, he has spent over 30 years helping global institutions navigate transformation, operationalise strategy, and leverage systemic innovation. His expertise lies at the multi-disciplinary intersection of design, strategy, and architecture, enabling organisations to experiment, simulate, and implement sustainable solutions that drive lasting impact.
Beyond corporate transformation, Craig is involved in impact-driven business, systemic innovation, and societal change. He mentors Christian entrepreneurs and businesses, helping them align purpose with profit while creating meaningful, faith-driven impact. With a heart for guiding the next generation of leaders, he dedicates time to mentoring and supporting those striving to integrate their faith, values, and business aspirations.
Craig divides his time between London, Johannesburg, and Melbourne, working across global projects to foster innovation and change. He lives in Berkshire with his wife, Lara, and their two young adult children, attending a local church in Wokingham.
