40acts Chocolate Tuesday giveaway: Competition Terms and Conditions

The Promoter: Stewardship Services (UKET) Limited (registered charity no. 234714; company no. 90305)

1. Eligibility:

• Open to UK residents only.

2. Entry Requirements:

• No purchase necessary.
• To enter, share about 40acts within the giveaway period, either on social media, other digital means or with physical resources. You need to email us to demonstrate how you've taken part.
• The giveaway entry period runs from 6am Wednesday 28 January to midnight Tuesday 3 February 2026.

3. Prize Details:

• Prize description: each winner who responds to the promoter’s notification within the required time period (see point 6 below) will receive a bar of 40acts branded Tony Chocolonely chocolate in the post.
• The chocolate will be sent by post at no cost to the winners.

4. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be chosen at random.
• The decision of the promoter is final.

5. Notification:

• Winners will be notified via email by 5pm on Thursday 5 February.
• Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

6. Publicity:

• Winners will not be required to participate in publicity related to the giveaway.

7. Data Protection:

• Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway.

8. General:

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time.
• The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform.
