Timothy M. Green FCIB (Chair of Stewardship)
Tim’s career was in retail banking, mainly with NatWest, both at home and abroad. In 1988 Tim co-ordinated the launch of the Switch Debit Card Scheme (now part of the Maestro brand) and served as Chief Executive for 11 years before retirement in 2003.
He has served in a number of trusteeship roles with Christian charities, including the Centre for Market Place Theology, John Grooms and Eurasian Ministries. He was chair of Sovereign Giving at the time of its merger into Stewardship in 2004 and has been chair of Stewardship since 2005.
Tim is an elder of Danbury Mission near Chelmsford. He is married to Sylvia and they have two adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Paul Doye
Paul Doye was a director of Charterhouse Bank and other Charterhouse Group companies specialising in Corporate Advice to listed companies for over 20 years and until his retirement in 2002. Paul was also a non-executive director of several listed companies including Lonrho PLC.
Paul is a Trustee of a number of Christian charities including Africa Inland Mission International, London Theological Seminary, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Britain, and Woodford Community Centre. In addition to these Paul currently serves as a Director of CityLife Limited and Equity for Africa Limited.

Richard Gough
Richard has spend over 24 years in the world of finance, training as an accountant with Price Waterhouse and working in senior roles with the telecoms industry in treasury, corporate finance and operational finance. He also spent three years as an investment manager for 3i in venture capital. For the last 10 years Richard has been the finance director of Tearfund.
He was previously a trustee of Maxco (now merged with Stewardship).
His passions include seeing the church speaking up for and supporting poor people and for Christians to realise that a big chunk of their ministry/kingdom role is through their day to day job. Richard is a member of St Stephens Anglican church in east Twickenham.

Philip Lovegrove OBE
Philip has been an Investment Banker in the City of London for over 45 years and is currently with Fiske plc, a publicly quoted firm of stockbrokers, and one of the few remaining independent firms in London.
For more than 20 years, Philip was Chairman and Trustee of Maxco. He has sat on the Church of England Church Assembly and General Synod since 1965 and was a Church Commissioner from 1983 – 1998. Philip is a member of St. Paul’s Church Letchworth.

Leslie D Lucas FCII ACI Arb
Leslie worked for 40 years in the insurance and reinsurance company market rising to to chief executive in a London firm. He is am joint author of three books about reinsurance management and practice and an arbitrator in reinsurance disputes.
Leslie is currently the Vice Chairman of Stewardship and prior to that was Chairman. He is also the trustee of three other evangelical Christian charities and a member of Christ Church, Southchurch in Essex. More recently he qualified to teach English as a second language to do something different from reinsurance!

Richard Naylor
Richard is a qualified Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) and Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). He has worked in both private practice and local authorities and is a Director of Grace Architecture. He is also the Director of an association of Christian led architectural practices known as Keystone Domain Limited.
He has been a member and Trustee of Tile Kiln Church since 1972 where he has served in a multitude of roles. Richard is passionate about the enormous potential of church premises to be powerful tools for congregational life and mission.

Michael Wilson
A Chartered Insurance Practitioner by profession, Michael has for the last 15 years served as Director of the Seamen’s Christian Friend Society, an evangelical outreach to seafarers. He is also a freelance writer on financial topics writing for both consumer and professional magazines and author of Managing Your Money (IVP).
He is an elder of Ford’s Lane Evangelical Church in Cheshire and a trustee of British Youth for Christ and the Naval, Military and Air Force Bible Society.

Michael Wright
Michael is an Investment Director of Rathbone Investment Management Limited, managing private client portfolios, pension funds and specialising in charities with ethical constraints, both in the U.K. and overseas. Prior to joining Laurence Prust in 1979, he trained and qualified in the Private Client Department of Grieveson Grant & Co., in the City. Michael is a Fellow of the Securities Instsitute.
He is a member of an Anglican church in Knightsbridge, Holy Trinity Brompton and an Alpha Partner. His interests include sailing, skiing, painting, squash and chess.
