This fee covers everything involved in getting your payroll up and running, including carrying out identification checks to comply with money laundering regulations and linking our systems with HM Revenue & Customs


Monthly processing fee:

1 employee -   £25
2 employees - £32.50
3 employees - £39
4 employees - £45.50
5 employees - £52

6+ employees - £37 fixed fee +£3 per employee

10+ employees - £49 fixed fee +£1.75 per employee

50+employees - £61.50 fixed fee + £1.50 per employee

 

Reprocessing fee (if required):

As per monthly processing fees noted above. Where late changes have been identified,and it is possible to process these within an additional payroll run, this is charged at our standard rates.

 

Annual online filing fee - £77.50 fixed fee + £0.50 per employee

This fee includes: reconciling the annual payroll figures, electronic filing of your end of year return and preparation/distribution of P60 End of Year Certificates to your employees.

 

Unpaid direct debit - £25

This covers the additional administration costs incurred by us if our direct debit request is rejected by your bank

deposit account

For churches and charities

No charge. Minimum deposit of £500 (£10,000 for the higher rate account).

mortgages

 

Initial application fee of £150 (loans up to £250,000); £300 (loans up to £500,000).

Further legal and administration fees (dependant on amount of work involved) are payable if the mortgage is completed.
