The Stewardship account is at the heart of a giving community. Our aim is to see money serve this world well; for the work of the Kingdom of God to be released by it. We want to encourage generous givers and responsible receivers, and so help change how money works for people, communities and charities. This is what we mean by ‘transforming generosity’.
Stewardship sees itself in partnership with:
The account is intended to help people achieve those ends. The ultimate aim is to see good use of money transform the lives of those that give, those that receive and those that they serve.
As a ‘Giver’ you are able to give to Stewardship, into your account, and from your funding see the individuals, projects and charities you wish to support have their income boosted. You pay into your Stewardship account, we collect Gift Aid tax from HM Revenue and Customs (because legally you are giving to us, a UK charity) and from these funds we can give to those that you would like to see receive our support. We appreciate the importance for you in being involved, from the heart, in how you give and what you ask us, in turn, to give to – being responsible stewards of the resources God has given you.
Stewardship makes giving simple, enjoyable, highly effective and extremely flexible.
A Stewardship giving account helps make giving a priority. It makes sense that our giving is managed with at least the same priority, care and attention as we give to other items of household expenditure.

You could be using a giving account with Stewardship to organise all your charitable giving. Your regular giving, those extra one-off charity appeals, charity sponsorship events, or gifts to support those in, or studying for, full time Christian ministry* – we can help you transform your generosity.
We have over 17,000 registered recipients covering a wide range of causes. From charities that are household names to individuals needing support for their Christian work, Stewardship is diligently reviewing and registering dozens of new causes each month.
Putting money into your Stewardship giving account means that you are giving your money to Stewardship. As a registered UK charity we are able to claim Gift Aid on that money, and we use a small percentage of the sum given to fund part of our work. We offer further support, advice and training to many of the charities, churches and individuals you ask us to make a gift to, giving them a double benefit to working with Stewardship.
Opening an account with us is easy.
