Stewardship volunteers

An exciting and important development in the creation of Christian Stewardship Education is our volunteer programme. There are over 200 volunteers providing money education, personal budgeting and debt advice throughout the UK.

The volunteers have a vision for financial freedom and careful stewardship. They are supported by Richard Talbot, Head of Volunteering and Tony Cunliffe, Volunteer Manager.

Stewardship volunteers help churches and individuals in ‘better thinking about money’ both inside the church and within the local community. Do you:

  • want to know more about being a volunteer?
  • want to help others manage their finances more effectively and support those suffering the pain of debt?
  • want to know how your church can get involved in its community
  • want to know how to care for those in the congregation who are struggling with money?

If you do, ask about our information session, How Churches Can Help People in Debt. This can be run as a one hour presentation or as a longer two hour session. To find out more or to book a place at our next session contact Fiona Mearns (020 8502 8585). The next date is

Sat 12 May 10.30-12.30 London
