Managing Money God's Way (MMGW) is an interactive workshop exploring a biblical perspective on money and possessions. Creative exercises stimulate discussion alongside moments for personal reflection and some refreshingly new biblical input. Participants share their own joys and struggles around money with honesty and laughter as we try to work through a healthy and biblical attitude towards money and possessions God has entrusted to us. 
 

what does the workshop include?

Drawing on themes from the biblical story of the Exodus Managing Money God's Way aims to:

• help participants reflect on the captivity of debt, money anxiety and materialism
• reflect on our formative money experiences and learn to tell our "money stories"
• understand that all we have is the gift of God and the importance of giving, gratitude and contentment if we are to "remember the Lord your God"
• outline a biblical understanding of money and the importance of budgeting and financial planning
