Share your vision and ministry with your church leadership; seek their support. Familiarise yourself with money education issues and quietly raise awareness in the congregation. There are training opportunities to consider.

Money is a spiritual challenge (Mt 6:14) so make this a prayerful ministry - and make it sustainable. The money culture of your church will not change overnight.
