Managing Money God's Way

The American researcher George Barna studied the attitude of American Christians to wealth and possessions. His conclusion: that most American churchgoers think like consumers first and as Christians second. Is it really much different in the UK?

In God's economy the blessing of wealth is marked by generous giving, contentment, gratitude and care for the poor. All too often, however, this biblical economy is as mysterious to Christians as the gift of manna was to the people of Israel. But ultimately Christians are managing and accountable for God's gift to us.

Managing Money God's Way is a creative, interactive workshop. Using the Exodus story we explore our captivity to money, how our money DNA has been formed over time and some key principles for handling money from a biblical perspective.

The workshop can be used by any church to help establish a biblical foundation for our relationship with money. It perfectly complements the more practical Personal Budget Coach training and money management training which Stewardship Money also provides.
