Gift Aid gets reprieve

Gift Aid will not be dropping in line with the income tax rate change in April. The reprieve was announced in Chancellor Alastair Darling's budget of 12 March. Charities will still be able to claim 28 pence for every pound donated for the next three years.

This current level of benefit will also apply to Stewardship's Sovereign Account members.
