Insurance
No charge (Commission received from the Insurance companies).
Deposit Account
For churches and charities
No charge. Minimum deposit of £500 (£10,000 for the higher rate account).
Mortgages
Initial application fee of £150 (loans up to £250,000); £250 (loans up to £500,000). Further legal and administration fees (dependant on amount of work involved) are payable if the mortgage is completed.
